Facilities
Our house is furnished to a very high standard and we strive to ensure that we have everything you could possible need. We want you and your family to enjoy our home and have the best holiday possible.
Living
There are two living spaces: - The great room is open plan with large corner recliner sofa and comfortable cushions, it has a round coffee table with removable stools underneath. It has an end table with lamp and a freestanding lamp. There is a 70" flat screen SMART TV with DVD, Xfinity cable, prime video and Netflix. There are also various DVD's and board games for adults and children. The formal lounge area is just inside the front door it has two sofas, a large 55" TV with Xfinity cable, Netflix, Prime Video and xbox one, it has a coffee table and two end tables both with lamps. There is a work desk with chair. Both of these living spaces are furnished to a high standard.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliance and granite worktops. Kitchen contains large oven, hob and microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, cold water, dishwasher, waste disposal. There is also a kettle, toaster, coffee filter machine, crock pot, food ninja and liquidiser and just about anything else you will need including wok, large pasta pan, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses (plastic for around the pool), cooking utensils, storage containers, serving dishes etc.
Dining
Breakfast/dining area can seat 6 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar with the use of stools.
Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in wardrobe with full length mirror, large en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins and separate bath and shower area. There is a ceiling fan, Smart TV, with Xfinity cable, Netflix, prime video and direct access to the pool deck. There is a double bedroom, large wardrobe, en-suite bath room, smart TV with with Xfinity cable, Netflix, prime video. There are two further twin bedrooms both of these rooms have comfortable twin beds, Smart TV with Xfinity cable, Netflix, prime video, in one of the twin rooms there is also an Xbox one and games. All bed linen is provided, along with additional pillows and blankets. There is an electronic safe provided in the house.
Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
The master en-suite has a large soak tub, large walk in shower, separate toilet and his and hers basins. The double room en-suite has a shower over the bath. There is also a separate large bathroom that has a shower over the bath. All bathrooms have bath and hand towels, two of the bathrooms have hairdryers and the master en-suite has hair straighteners.
Games Room
There is a lovely games room with pool table (light over table), air hockey table and darts board. There is a ceiling fan to help with the heat.
Pool
Step out on to the south screened facing patio, which guarantees the best sunshine all day, there is lots of space to play or lay in the sun next to the pool with room for all. There is also a separate spa (pool and spa heating are an additional cost). We have tried to make our pool area as private as possible we have opaque panels on both sides of the pool screen and we have a small hedge and mini palm trees growing nicely along the south side. This just added a bit of privacy to the area. The deck has 4 deep cushioned comfortable sun loungers with 2 small tables. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs for al fresco eating. There are various pool toys and inflatables, most of the pool toys are kept in a box by the pool for guest use. We also have a pump to inflate any new additions (the pump is kept in the laundry room). There are two power outlets in the lanai. There is a propane grill. There is a pool safety net for use with children.
Outside
A full size Tennis Court & fully equipped Children’s Play Area are both within a few minutes’ walk from the house. (No cost). A shopping area including restaurants, take outs, bars a Publix supermarket, iHop restaurant and Applebee’s restaurant is only a 5 minute ride away. A Wal-Mart superstore, Walgreens, Chilli’s and many other shops, restaurants and take outs is also only a 10 minute drive away. There are many other attractions close by other than the major theme parks including: Air-boating, State Parks, Natural Springs, Mount Dora, Fishing, Canoeing, Daytona (90 minutes), Cypress Gardens, Flights of Fantasy, Bok Sanctuary, Parachuting, Drag Racing, Kennedy Space Centre etc.
Garage
This is the games room and is not suitable for a vehicle.
Internet
We have high speed internet in the house with WI-FI that is accessed with a password.
Baby Equipment
We provide a pack n play cot (with blankets), a high chair that can be made a low chair and we have three different kinds of strollers, one for a baby and two lightweight folding for slightly older children.
Accessible
Wheelchair Accessible - No,
We do provide a manual folding wheel chair for use when your out but this is not to be used in the house.
